Reset Button in Dashboard Prompt

Thanks for reverting, the reason for error is we are just using a HTML tag,which removes the selection.
but, we are not specifying the reference of the tag in elsewhere ??
meaning, the tag simply removes the selection but on which selection it has play ??
so here is the tag, which is working fine.
